Peter Salett is in the middle of a multi faceted career - having released seven records on his own labels; film scoring, contributing his own songs to movies as well as writing songs for characters to sing; and also appearing in many films. Highlights include co-writing the Dracula puppet musical "A Taste for Love" at the end of Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008), his unique song score for the official Cannes selection Down in the Valley (2005), and working with director/actor Paul Giamatti on the Ron Howard produced show Breakthrough (2015).
Salett grew up in Columbia, MD and attended the Columbia School for Theatrical Arts, an after school program where he first met Edward Norton. He went to Brown University and was very involved in the theater department, directing recent NYU transfer Michael Showalter in a show led to a friendship with Showalter's NYU group The State. He would later go on to play at 4 State weddings. Salett began to play music downtown in New York city in the early 90's and quickly established a presence with a passionate and loyal following that included many actors, writers and directors who would go on to great acclaim. At that time his regular crowd included Ethan Hawke, Sam Rockwell, Edward Norton, Billy Crudup, Thomas Lennon, Michael Ian Black, Liev Schreiber, and many others.
Peter's first song in a studio film was "Heart of Mine" - the main theme and end title song in Edward Norton's 2000 directorial debut Keeping the Faith (2000) starring Norton, Ben Stiller, and Jenna Elfman. The song was mixed by legendary producer T Bone Burnett and was one of two Salett songs on the Hollywood Records soundtrack that also included Tom Waits and Elliot Smith. Around the same time Peter appeared as Guitar Dude in David Wain's cult classic film Wet Hot American Summer (2001) - which was the beginning of his collection of comedic cameo film performances. After having songs in many movies, and writing songs for movies, the natural progression was for Peter to start scoring films as well - his first notable score was the 2005 David Jacobson film Down in the Valley (2005), starring Edward Norton and Evan Rachel Wood. He then moved from Brooklyn to Los Angeles and worked on a string of comedies, many produced by Judd Apatow, including working with Russell Brand and Jason Segel co-writing 3 songs for Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008), writing and singing a montage song "Broken and Bent" in the David Wain film Role Models (2008), a brief acting cameo in Superbad (2007), and appearing in the Apatow produced, Wain directed film Wanderlust (2012).
Salett moved back to Brooklyn in 2011 and has continued to work on a wide variety of projects including music for dance (Ripening at Lincoln Center), theater (Cherry Lane Theater show directed by Chris Eigeman), his own "long form" pieces - the first one being a meditative 37 minute work with ocean sounds, orchestral strings, and a song cycle titled "Suite for the Summer Rain"; as well as working in film (scoring the gritty Tomorrow You're Gone (2012) with Michelle Monaghan, Steve Dorff and Willem Dafoe), TV (scoring Breakthrough (2015) and writing songs for the Netflix show Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp (2015). He also reprised his role as Guitar Dude for the popular show.- Kristen McMenamy was born on 12 December 1964 in Easton, Pennsylvania, USA. She is an actress, known for Albert souffre (1992), The Muse (2014) and Married/Unmarried (2001). She has been married to Ivor Braka since June 2016. She was previously married to Miles Aldridge.

Matthew Burd is an independent filmmaker, actor, and entertainer currently residing in Bangor, Pennsylvania. From a very young age, Matt became fond of entertaining others in various ways, whether it was acting in plays, writing scary stories, setting up backyard wrestling matches for family and friends, or providing music for his own grade school events using home stereo equipment.
As time went by, he found his niche, or more appropriately, several of them. When he graduated 8th grade, his father encouraged his love for music by helping him purchase his first set of professional DJ equipment. At 14 years old, Matt began promoting his own DJ business, "The Hitman - DJ Entertainment," playing school dances, private parties, corporate events, and even weddings.
In his junior year of high school, he began attending half of his days at Warren County Technical School, enrolling in the Broadcast Media Arts Program. He learned how to use professional cameras and equipment and how to edit video and audio. He enjoyed editing and seeing his own ideas come to life in the form of video so much so that he would stay after class for hours to continue working on projects. Matt credits teacher and long-time friend, Rich Patricia for allowing him to spend so much extra time in the school studio, as this is where he really developed a true desire to go to school each day, even returning as a 5th year student after graduation to continue to learn the trade.
That same year of 2002, Matt was hired by Bonnie Durkin to work as an editor for D-Vision Video, a videography company based out of Morris County New Jersey. He spent the next 8 years editing everything from weddings, bar mitzvahs, sports, school events, corporate videos, and photo montages. After a decrease in work, Matt moved on to other work avenues in 2010, but still occasionally continues to do freelance work for D-Vision. Bonnie, who has since passed, was a wonderful friend and mentor to Matt, and he is thankful to have so spent so many great years developing his skills and learning from such an amazing, brilliant woman.
It was also during these same years that Matt became involved in the business of Sports Entertainment, or more appropriately named, Professional Wrestling. As a life-long fan, Matt was given an opportunity and was taken under the wing of wrestling legend and WWE Hall Of Famer, Afa "The Wild Samoan" Anoai. He began by putting his emcee skills to good use by Ring Announcing at live events for the Allentown, PA based World X-Treme Wrestling. It wasn't long until Matt began to utilize his production background there. Over the course of 7 years, Matt dedicated himself to the company's weekly syndicated television show, WXW Rage TV as a writer and editor, while also providing camera assistance and lending his likeness once again as an on-air personality, this time as the heel manager, The Purifier. Matt thanks Afa, his wife Lynn, and their family for giving him so many wonderful opportunities and all the knowledge he obtained through them. While no longer involved in the business, Matt is thankful he got to meet so many great people and even to live a dream by appearing on WWE Monday Night Raw in a 2003 skit with Kane and Shane McMahon.
In 2007, while still working for D-Vision Video, Matt also began accepting videography work under his own company, Innovation Cinema Productions, producing a similar style of social event coverage. Shortly after, he decided to create a sister company called Horror Shop Films, in which he would finally make one of his life-long dreams a reality. From a very young age, Matt was always obsessed with horror films and anything of the macabre nature. It was at this point that Matt finally realized he had the tools and skill set to be able to produce a short film that he could be proud to show others. He wrote a 28 page screenplay and assembled a group of close, talented friends he knew he could trust to help him realize his vision. Overseeing every aspect of production from shooting to lighting to directing to editing and everything in post, Matt created his first film, a 32 minute slasher called "The Pizza Man." The Pizza Man premiered at The Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg, PA on January 27, 2011 to a great reception, as part of the Severed Sinema event. The Pizza Man has since been an Official Selection in The 2011 Scranton Horror Film Festival and the 2011 Greater Lehigh Valley Filmmakers Festival, where it was chosen for competition with only 3 other films in its category.
It was around the same time that Matt was approached by long-time friend Rob Dimension and began to work on the show "Late Night at the Horror Hotel." With Dimension writing, Matt served as Director, Camera Operator, and Editor for the first series of episodes, which featured b-horror movies infused with the antics of quirky Horror Hosts, Rob Dimension and John Cannon. Due to scheduling conflicts, Matt was unable to continue work on the show, but greatly enjoyed the time he spent on it.
Matt followed this up by completing his second short entitled "Tree Farm", in just about one month's time, which took 2nd Place honors in the 2011 Severed Short Film Festival. Tree Farm has also been named as an Official Selection of the Jersey Gore Film Festival, which will take place in March of 2013.
"Cuts Right Over" was Matt's third short film and was the Winner of the 2012 Severed Short Film Festival. It was also an Official Selection in the 2012 New Jersey Horror Fest and the 2012 New York Horror and Exploitation Film Festival.
In the summer of 2012, Matt was once again approached by Rob Dimension with an idea he had for a short film. The resulting collaboration, "No Clowning Around," is what Matt would consider his most diverse work to date. While all previous films were strictly of a horror theme, this was something completely different, which allowed Matt to expand his creativity. Rob and Matt worked together on everything from beginning to end as Rob wrote the story, which was then re-written in screenplay form by Matt. Together they worked cohesively on casting, securing locations, and ultimately Co-Directing the film as a team. With a great cast and crew, including former ECW and current ROH Wrestling Star Steve Corino, No Clowning Around has been getting nothing but stellar reviews. It was named as an Official Selection in the Macabre Faire Film Festival in January 2013 and will be continuing to hit the festival circuit hard. The film was even been selected to have its own screening at the Monster Mania Horror Convention in March of 2013.
Beyond his film accomplishments, Matt continues to DJ on weekends at bars and clubs in the local Lehigh Valley and Pocono area. He also has spent the last 4 years as an actor in the Saylorsburg, PA haunted attraction The Hotel of Horror. Through his work there, he landed a role in the film 6 Degrees of Hell reprising his "Purifier" character. The film stars horror icon Corey Feldman. Matt has also appeared in various other productions including a trailer for a Dirt Productions film, Eat the Dead.
Matt lives with his two daughters, Hailey Alyssa and Brianna Marie, and hopes to always encourage them to reach for their dreams, no matter what anyone says. Matt believes the sky is the limit to what can be achieved as long as you can put in the hard work, dedication, and motivation to succeed. Matt hopes to write and direct his first feature film within the next two years.- Actress
